Describe the work in as much detail as possible
Please include the property location, area, current condition, required work and preferred timing. You can email photos to info@afprojects.fi — they make the assessment much easier. If you do not have every detail, tell us what you know and we will ask for anything else we need.
What details should you include?
- Renovation service: the type of work — such as floor replacement, panelling, trim work, a partition wall, kitchen installation, silicone joints, painting or a small home repair — plus measurements, current condition, materials and desired result.
- Clearance or estate service: property size, amount of belongings, floor and lift access, storage areas and heavy items.
- Cleaning: floor area, property condition, whether the property is empty, the scope of cleaning and window cleaning needs.
- Interior consultation: rooms, desired style and whether you prefer a phone, online or on-site consultation.
- Pressure washing or exterior cleaning: surface to be cleaned, area, material, amount of dirt or moss, height and accessibility.
